Response to Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material and notifying the user who posted the material. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

Travel Asks reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Modifications
